Collision Repair Advisor (CRA)

Role Objective: To create an “Quality repair experience” by building relationships, capturing sales, embracing change and utilizing training while modeling our core values of Quality, Integrity, and Accountability.

Accountability: Reports to Office Manager

Sales Objective: Ensure sale of repair orders while preparing accurate and profitable repair plans.

DUTIES:

  • Meet daily with the Office Manager to discuss workload, pending estimates, final bills, etc.
  • Prepare accurate estimates (repair plans) to customer’s vehicles using one of the two main estimating systems (Audatex, CCC one).
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals.
  • Continually update repair plans during the repair process.
  • Build quality relationships with insurance claims staff and adjustors by writing honest and accurate estimates and meeting and exceeding insurance guidelines.
  • Review procedure pages (p pages) in estimating software and reconcile to estimate.
  • Use All Data and other company provided software to ensure that repairs to vehicles meet and exceed industry guidelines.

Customer Experience Objective: Create an “Quality repair experience” for our customers.

Duties:

  • Build quality relationships with customers.
  • Update customer’s regularly following Precision Body and Frame’s customer contact and other SOP’s.
  • Effectively utilize company’s management system (I-Auto Focus) to note all contacts made with customer.
  • Continually communicate with other team members on customer contact and vehicle status.

Training Objective: Embrace industry and other training opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

Duties:

  • Attend ongoing industry, vendor and company training to stay current on latest repair trends.
  • Familiarize self with Precision Body and Frame’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
  • Use Precision Body and Frame’s SOP’s in the preparation of estimates, especially insurance SOP’s for direct repair partners.
  • Notify management immediately of changes in standard operating procedures of insurance companies.
  • Seek new ways to improve current standard operating procedures and be patient and positive when team implements new procedures.
  • Address any training opportunities or concerns with Office Manager.

Other:

  • Effectively perform tasks given by management in all areas of the business.
  • Be familiar with other job tasks in company including parts and production.
  • Be positive and willing to perform any task when needed throughout the day.

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Receptionist

DESCRIPTION: To provide the highest level of customer service possible by using innovative ways to keep customers updated throughout the repair process, building their trust in Precision Body and Frame’s and keeping them customer’s for life.

DUTIES:

  • Update customers continually during the repair process by using several tools including but not limited to: Telephone, Internet, Text messaging, Email, Auto Watch.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and insurance partners.
  • Proactively seek new ways to enhance Precision Body and Frame’s customer service by keeping abreast to customer’s changing needs and lifestyles.
  • Study customer demographics and regularly meet with Office Manager to review and modify customer service procedures.
  • Use company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to provide consistency to customers.
  • Implement new innovative ways to enhance customer service.
  • Assist in office tasks including but not limited to: answering telephones, scheduling estimates and repairs, providing in process repair updates, post repair satisfaction calls, etc.
  • Maintain industry and environmental training records.

ACCOUNTABILITY: The Body Technician reports to the Production Manager.

OBJECTIVE: To perform repair work to customer vehicles to pre-loss condition and accurately the following Precision Body and Frame’s vehicle repair process.

DUTIES:

  • Performing repair work to customer vehicles to pre-loss condition and accurately the following Precision Body and Frame’s work order, along with diagnosing and reporting any additional damage not on the work order.
  • Ensuring excellent repairs by following O.E.M. specifications.
  • Receive continuous training and certification through I-CAR and similar organizations.
  • Meeting production goals set by management.
  • Maintaining a clean work area at all times to ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles along with providing the professional image of our facility..
  • Wearing proper safety equipment at all times.

ACCOUNTABILITY: The Wrecker Operator reports to the Production Manager.

OBJECTIVE: To provide quality recovery of customer vehicles by adhering to industry best practices, continued training, and maintaining Precision Body and Frame’s reputation for quality work.

DUTIES:

  • Must be courteous and respectful to all customers to maintain Precision Body and Frame’s reputation.
  • Conventional towing using Tow Truck or Flatbed
  • Must comply with State and Local Police Officers with respect and courtesy.
  • Receive continuous training and certification through I-CAR and similar organizations.
  • Must be able to work on call at a moments notice 24 hrs. a day
  • Maintain a clean tow truck at all times to ensure the professional image of our facility.
  • Must keep all equipment organized on tow truck to ensure quick and efficient recovery times
  • Wearing proper safety equipment at all times.

Position:Detailer

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for Check-In, pre-wash and final clean-up of vehicles prior to delivery.

ACCOUNTABILITY: The detailer reports to the production manager.

OBJECTIVE: To prepare repaired vehicles for delivery while serving with Integrity.

DUTIES:

  • Thoroughly clean repaired vehicles inside and out.
  • Install any trim or cosmetic items as needed.
  • Immediately notify production manager of any potential problems with a vehicles being prepared for delivery.
  • Notify production manager when vehicles are ready for delivery.

OBJECTIVE: To assist in maintaining production area.

DUTIES:

  • Maintain work area in clean/safe condition.
  • Immediately advise production manager of any potentially hazardous conditions or damaged or malfunctioning equipment or tools.

  • Assist parts manager with check-in, labeling, shortage or dispensing of parts and materials.
